The Dublin singer-songwriter has released a video to coincide with the release of the anniversary edition of his album Not Fade Away.
The song ‘Love Someone Else’ is a new one, written to be included in the new version of the album, with vocals featured by Niamh Regan.
A video for the song, directed by Garr Cleary & Suri Grennell nods to The King of Comedy, Pierre et Gilles, and Sweet and Lowdown.
Kitt describes the video as “a tongue-in-cheek piece that alludes to the tragicomedy of delusion and despair, and the fact that everyone is dealing with their own shit.”
Not Fade Away is available now on all platforms and the vinyl is available to order from davidkitt.com
Kittser plays a full-band show in Whelan’s on September 21st.
