Turning Pirate & Hibernacle are presenting a special tribute to Jeff Buckley’s popular album Grace this August.
The 30th anniversary of the release of the singer-songwriter’s seminal debut album, in 1994 and the time that year he played a show in Whelan’s to launch it on August 23rd 1994, will be celebrated on August 23rd 2024 in Whelans.
The Turning Pirate house band, led by musical director Joe Furlong, will play Grace live from start to finish with the help of incredible singers.
On the night, Ailbhe Reddy, Faye O’Rourke of Soda Bonde, Rhob Cunningham and Diane Anglim, along with a special guest to be announced before the event will play the songs live.
Tickets are €37.50 plus fees on sale from Whelans.
