A UK marching band has covered the dance hit from last summer.
KiLNE are a nu-marching band formed in Stoke-on-Trent mwith up to 19 members on brass, drums and percussion.
Their cover of Peggy Gou’s ‘(It Goes Like) Nanana’ works really well on the transition to big band instruments, as seen in the music video, and the recording of the song is relesaed on June 27th to coincide with their Glastonbury Festival appearance.
As musicians, KiLNE represents a rare opportunity to define a genre. We’ve created a band that is inherently inclusive, pulling from various musical styles, platforming players from differing personal and musical backgrounds, with the objective to engage with a broad audience.
