Dublin producer Moving Still has released a three-track collection of versions ( remixes and an edit) of Egyptian singer Nora’s song ‘El Hub El Sahl (Easy Love)’, which itself is a cover of 90s dance classic ‘rendition of ‘Be My Lover’ by La Bouche
The version of the song ‘El Hub El Sahl (Easy Love)’ was found among 11,000 cassettes in a forgotten warehouse, and was digitised and remastered by established collector Disco Arabesquo, who enlisted Moving Still for the reworks.
There’s the Italo edit of the track, as heard on Moving Still’s recent Boiler Room set, along with the spacey Baile Funk Shakshaka remix and the darker bass-heavy Shaglaba remix (translated as “somersault”).
The release is available today on Soundcloud and Bandcamp for download.
