Irish pop artist Maria Petrisor debuts the moody R&B of ‘Picky’ 

Maria Petrisor is an emerging pop and R&B artist Maria Petrisor previously featured on Nialler9 with last year’s ‘Do You’ single.

For the artist’s third single ‘Picky’, we are in the territory of moody pop music in the style of Banks, a track that matches Petrisor’s yearning high vocals with bass hits and sparse beats.

‘Picky’ is a song out this Thursday May 11th, produced by Alex O’ Keeffe (Lyra, Bobbi Arlo, Erica Cody, Fia Moon) and about “the age-old struggle of finding the right romantic partner, set against the backdrop of popular culture’s influence on modern dating.”

“Writing ‘Picky’ was an opportunity for me to take a different perspective on a love song and the uncertainty of finding someone new.”
